Saint Patrick's Day Cocktail: Coole Irish Islander

Here is the recipe I designed for Coole Swan Irish Cream to find out that the folks in the UK do not have nearly the selection of products that we do here in the US. Recipe: 2 oz. Coole Swan Irish Cream, 1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum, 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao, 1 oz. Creme de Banana (yellow), Pineapple and Green Maraschino Cherry Garnish.
