The Ramos Gin Fizz, a classic cocktail from the 1888 invented by Henry C. Ramos. You may also refer to it as a New Orleans Fizz if you would like, but at the end of the day this classic breakfast cocktail brings some flavors not usually seen within a cocktail. Tasting notes really come down to the flavor of a citrus heavy yogurt. However, we are not talking about an overly sweet yogurt infused with citrus, but more of a plain white yogurt with striking citrus notes. Alcohol Intensity: 2.0 Recipe: 2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup, 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz. Lime Juice, 2 Drops Orange Blossom Water, 2 Drops Vanilla Extract, 2 oz. Heavy Cream, Egg white, topped with club soda.
