This cocktail brings equal parts Coole Swan Irish Cream, Brandy/Cognac and Chocolate Liqueur front and center for a great sweet flavorful experience. Dark chocolate in the front, creamy white chocolate in the center with a mild oak like finish. Or, perhaps like Derrick you get the oak first and chocolate last. Either way is great.
