http://www.gibz.tv The E-Myth by Michael E Gerber is my favourite business book of the moment. Most tell you what to do but few books tell you why, really why. In the E-myth revisited, Gerber explains the big picture but the book starts with a painfully true look at how most people start up in business and explains why so many people new to business fail. He then goes on to explain what to do about it. You certainly need an open mind to read this book but then hearing the blunt reality is often hard for us to swallow. I had to re-read chapters just to understand, what to me, was a very new mindset. You can get it online for just a few quid, so definately worth a read.
