After 3 hours and 44 minutes I gave up, as nobody in O2 knew how to do it.I spared you from having to sit through the whole episode, this is 37 minutes long. Imagine what 3 hours 44 minutes would have been like.I ended up cancelling my mobile broadband account with O2.
