In the last episode, we discussed the fact that there are more generations working together in our workforce than ever before. Because of that, employers need to consider and reconsider the ways that they interview and hire employees, in order to attract the best and the brightest employees. Once they are on board, now what? Well, members of Generation X and Generation Y function typically function differently in the workplace than the Baby Boomers or members of the Silent Generation. They respond to different forms of motivation and have different expectations of their employers and their workplaces.
