The Little Farm History Video Series: The Tapu - Tapu is the Turkish definition for Title Deed. In 1994 the Tapu for the Little Farm was transferred to a trusted person on behalf John Patterson & John Skinner. The transfer was agreed on four conditions of the trusted person. Conditions of Transfer: Condition No.1 The name of the trusted person would remain anonymous. Condition No.2 The trusted person would not be required to help with any of the Little Farm building development. Condition No.3 The trusted person would not be required to contribute any money. Condition No.4 The trusted person would not incur any debt related the development of the Little Farm.
