About this original series

These series of podcasts address a real concern within our modern society. Computer and gadget stress is increasing as technology makes our lives more convenient in some areas, but extremely stressful and full of tension in others. The program eFlexonics was created for the purpose of showing users of technology how to relax right in front of their computer terminal so that the stress that can store up in the body does not affect your health in a negative way. When you sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time, you can experience headaches, muscle aches and pains, restricted blood flow, decreased breathing, improper digestion and elimination and much more. Were here to help the user of technology be more productive both in the home and office. Please enjoy our podcasts and if you have any suggestions for improving our show, please e mail us at: haalandrick@yahoo.ca Thank you, Rick Haaland, founder of eFlexonics

    • Old Hands, The Healer

One of the most important people I have had to work with is a person by the name of Old Hands. He is an Elder and Healer of the Shoshone tribe. I invited Old Hands to present his wisdom at my reflexology classes, and the students even got to work on his hands and his feet. In the audio podcast, I explain the story of Old Hands, and how his people look at sickness, and how we can learn many things from other cultures that can blend ancient ways into the high stress world in which we live. We wi...
