Gloom, followed by some success

Stockfleths move. One massive failure, followed by two much nicer shots. The later being with the original filter that came with the machine (as opposed to the basket that came with the naked pf).

I wake looking forward to new found coffee making experiences. This is most definitely NOT what I had in mind. Looks like there is not enough flow to keep form? But I see massive channeling on the puck afterwards, as well as quite a bit of shifting in the puck contents. This has be baffled! I'm doing the WDT technique. Tamping pretty hard. These shots also use different grinds. The last being THREE whole notches on the mazer finer; and less coffee in the puck. I'd have expected to see far more...
