Hope Community’s latest report addresses disparities between NYC public schools and private charter schools. The segment features interviews with parents, teachers and education advocates on the proliferation of charter schools in predominantly low-income neighborhoods and the disparities between public and charter schools admissions and testing policies, budgets, governance, and parental control.
