Getting sick while traveling and bicycle touring abroad is bound to happen. This includes a host of traveler’s illnesses like stomach problems due to bacteria and parasites in the food and water. While living on the road for the 7 years we have been overexposed to the elements like sun, wind, rain, cold, mosquitoes, and other bug bites.
