Experimental music with oceanic images which are inspired by the shapes and atmospheres of the Pacific. The animated film is the realisation of an animation style using drawing with variable colour areas. Maintaining the clarity of distinct colours, multiple layers interact as colours change. The images are inspired by the South Pacific Ocean near Manly. The nature-music is composed from the birds, frogs, thunder and rain of Gleniffer, New South Wales, Australia. Elements of the bell birds, whip birds, doves, lewins honey eater and fairy wrens are used to generate rhythms to accord with the human ear. The rhythm of the frogs, rain and thunder are universal. Produced with Adobe Flash, AfterEffects, SoundBooth, PhotoShop and GarageBand.
