The ant shouting 'boo' at the vodcasting elephant... or something
A test of CameraPro N8's continuous autofocus video-recording, starring our guinea pigs Sunny and Harry (exploring the untrimmed edge of our garden). The 720p HD clip is presented here in its raw unedited form, to avoid too much quality loss - I think the video closeup option alone makes CameraPro N8 worth its asking price from the Ovi Store.
Our guinea pigs, Sunny and Harry, need a good bath sometimes (don't we all?), and... well, they're rather cute after a towelling-down :-) Shot and edited on my Nokia N8 - if this video works out on YouTube, I'll probably upload more if I can find some equally interesting subjects...
A few sights and sounds from our recent visit to the Cotswold Wildlife Park near Burford, UK.
A couple of things we saw on our weekend stay on the Gower peninsula in south Wales, including a drive over the Second Severn Crossing (bridge), and a few views of the beach at Oxwich. Shot and edited on my Nokia N95.
On June 25th 2009, we visited one of the best-kept secrets of Swindon, England: a small lake with a wide variety of wildlife. Here are a few of the sights captured on Tim's Nokia N95..
A Class 66 diesel-electric locomotive nudges a short tanker train through Swindon station. Shot and edited on my Nokia N95; this was also the first video I attempted to upload via Pixelpipe.
May Bank Holiday 2009, and what better way to spend an afternoon, than painting a small cute pottery teddy bear with our 4-year-old daughter???As with most of the "Shorts" here, this was shot and edited on my Nokia N95 cameraphone, hence the slight drop in picture quality from the ones I edit on the Mac. - Taken at 7:02 PM on May 04, 2009 - cameraphone upload by ShoZu
These small (or sometimes not so small) lizards are quite common on Madeira, and can be seen basking in and around stone walls, especially if there are handy cracks to dart into if some English guy with a cameraphone comes snooping around...Shot and edited directly on a Nokia N95, as I was away from my iMac at the time (on Madeira, as you might have guessed).
We saw some paragliders descending from the sheer cliffs above Calheta Beach, aiming to land there... and one almost missed! Shot and edited on a Nokia N95, as we were on holiday in Madeira and away from our Mac. - Taken at 11:18 AM on February 20, 2009 - cameraphone upload by ShoZu
I'm finally getting round to doing something with the footage I took in South Korea, during our holiday there in August 2008. Here, you can see how traditional sweets from the Choseon dynasty period are made, and it's all done with one piece of dehydrated honey and some corn starch...This was shot on a Nokia N95, in the Insadong district of Seoul on the 25th August 2008. I am still experimenting with video codecs, bitrates and the like in iMovie, so the quality of these clips may vary slightly...
