I wanted to clarify that I am not measure her identity as Deaf. It's important to recognize the differene between being deaf and Culturally Deaf. If she feels that she is the person that happen to be deaf. I still respect her. I wanted her to know that we, Deaf community, embrace her. I would love her to come, join, and interact with us. She has a great knowledge that she can share with Deaf filmmakers. I hope one day she will forgive Deaf community that she had some bad experience with some Deaf people.
