  3 fires were reported within close viscinity in a Vancouver neighbourhood Friday morning. This video depicts an electrical fire at the Toys R' Us store on West Broadway that shut down traffic for several hours. Apparently the other 2 fires were suspected of being an arsonist at work. Assistant Fire Chief Joe Fisher assures everybody that everything is under control and there's nothing to see there.
