DATV is a community forum that empowers all citizens to learn, create and express their ideas through electronic media.As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization DATV provides the training, equipment and facilities for local residents to create their very own non-commercial television programs.DATV operates two channels that can be seen in the City of Dayton, Riverside and Butler Twp.DATV, channel 20, is a Public Access Channel and Dayton Spiritual Television, channel 992, is a religious access channel.
