Date at the Library

About this original series

A Date at the Library is Brooklyn Independent Television's collaboration with the Brooklyn Public Library (BPL). This twice-monthly talk show, curated by BPL director of programs and exhibitions Jay Kaplan, features top contemporary authors in conversation with WNYC radio's Leonard Lopate. Brooklyn Independent Television is a community media program of BRIC Arts|Media|Bklyn. A Date at the Library can be seen Fridays at 2pm & 10pm on Brooklyn's BCAT TV Network: Time Warner 56, Cablevision 69, RCN 84 and in all five boroughs on Verizon 44.
