This recipe is short and sweet and perfect for a weeknight. There is little prep time, few ingredients and plenty of flavor making this exactly what Cuisine Made Quick is all about. My boss, Belinda, shared this recipe with me a few months ago and was nice enough to pickup the "secret ingredient" the last time she went to the store. The seasoning really puts this one over the top and has made me add this recipe to my regular rotation. Package thin chicken strips Sprinkle lemon pepper salt Sprinkle poultry seasoning Head of Romaine lettuce Caesar croutons Parmesan cheese Craft classic Caesar dressing< Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken strips on covered baking sheet and sprinkle with lemon pepper and poultry seasoning. Flip and cover other side with poultry seasoning. Cook chicken for 10 minutes and flip. Cook an additional 10 minutes and let stand for 2 minutes to cool. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Add Romaine lettuce, dressing, croutons, chicken and dressing to bowl and mix.
