About this original series

Cuisinemadequick.com wants to make good food on a minimal budget a reality for everyone. So many recipe books and web sites out there try to tell you they are "easy to follow" but when you open the book you find yourself lost. I have decided to put these supposedly "easy" recipes to the test. I am constantly researching recipes that sound good and look easy to prepare. After some tweaking of the recipes as needed, I share the preparation experience with you. Some recipes are first time preparations and some are old staples, meaning you get to experience the potential difficulties and nuances as I attempt to recipes and ideas. When all is done, I make a determination if the recipe really is cuisine made quick or cuisine dud. Furthermore, all recipes are cut down to serve two or three people. All ingredients are roughly priced out to determine the true cost of each cuisine and cheaper substitutions are used as needed. Join me for my journey to discover new and tasty recipes in a mission to make cooking fun, affordable and most importantly - delicious.
