Central Saint Martins graduate Raffaele Ascione completed his MA in Womenswear in 2010; this September will see his latest collection come down the runway for the very first time at Vauxhall Fashion Scout for London Fashion Week. Before launching his eponymous label in 2011, the young talent worked for Max Mara and Gareth Pugh, and also completed commissions for Lady Gaga and Jessie J. His first collection, showcased in February 2012, was featured in POP, Papercut Magazine and Vogue Turkey among others. Crane.tv meets the young designer in his Stoke Newington studio to hear about working for Gareth Pugh, his experiences with Louise Wilson, and what we can expect to see at the show next month.
