Since graduating from Central Saint Martins in 2011, fashion designer Phoebe English, winner of the Chloe Award, has had her designs featured in Vogue and stocked exclusively at Dover Street Market. She was also named one of Vauxhall Fashion Scout's 'Ones to Watch', won the L'Oreal Professional Creative Award and the Ungaro Bursary.
