Peruvian Restaurant Sneak Peek

Art meets Food! Coya is the new Latin American restaurant from Arjun Waney, whose past projects have included Zuma, La Petite Maison and The Arts Club. Head Chef, Sanjay Dwivedi has taken particular inspiration from Peruvian cuisine, offering traditional dishes such as ceviche and tiraditos in a contemporary style. Dwivedi's ability to adapt to the Latin American culture is enhanced by his heritage and varied career. To add to the decor designed by David D'Almada, Brazilian street artist, Loro Verz, a graduate of Central Saint Martins, was enlisted to create site-specific new work.
