Dedicated to showcasing the best of both contemporary and historic visual storytelling throughout the month of June, The London Festival of Photography encourages photographers to explore a range of current social and political issues. Participating photographers Liz Hingley and Zed Nelson work to brief with their exhibitions. Hingley examines different religions around the world, making the viewer ponder the significance of religion, offering an alternative and positive view of the subject. Meanwhile, Nelson points his lens at Hackney and discovers the many wonderful qualities of the poor but diverse and trendy borough. www.lfph.org Subscribe to our newsletter at http://www.crane.tv Twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/CraneTV Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/crane.tv Blog: http://cranetv.tumblr.com/
