Founded in 1991 by Celeste Dandeker and Adam Benjamin, Candoco is the contemporary dance company for disabled and non-disabled dancers. Presenting international and national productions the company's performances are lead by world-class choreographers, able to highlight the beauty of performance and amplify the perception of art and ability. We spend a day with dancers Edu, Mickaela and Annie and Speak to artistic director Stine Nilssen to find out about what makes Candoco such a success and how alongside performance and creativity, learning and development is a key part Candoco's philosophy.
