conservatism is intelligent compassion

I fail to see how so many people mistake setting boundaries and limits as conservatives do, to be cruel. We all must be accountable for our decisions. In pacifying people so they think they are free from that, we fail them in facing God when their time comes. Do we raise children to not know right from wrong.
