This is the testimony of Bruce J. Kelman, co-author of the ACOEM Mold Position Statement (2002) and her sister publication, the US Chamber of Commerce's "A Scientific View of the Health Effects of Mold (2003)" The video shows Bruce Kelman literally laughing at all of the unions, non-profits, businesses, etc, that have sent letters to Congressman Henry Waxman requesting a Congressional Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing into the conflicts of interest of ACOEM, the Chamber, AAAAI, ACMT, Association of Occupational & Environmental Clinics, and varies Government agencies that promote the ACOEM false science via medical teaching universities while using tax payer dollars to "educate" the physicians of America that all claims of illness and death from the toxic components of mold are only being made because of "trial lawyers, media and Junk Science".
