Sustainable Marin held a FORUM of the Candidates for the Marin Municipal Water District, Divisions 1, 2 and 3, on Friday, October 15th, from 7 to 9 pm at the San Rafael City Council Chambers on 1400 Fifth Avenue in San Rafael.In Division 1 - Peter Lacques is running against water board member Jack Gibson. In Division 2 - Glenn Dombeck and John O’Conner are challenging incumbent Armando Quintero. In Division 3 - David Behar is being challenged by Frank Egger.Sustainable Fairfax, Sustainable San Anselmo and Sustainable San Rafael join Sustainable Marin as co sponsors of the forum. Kiki La Porta, President of Sustainable Marin, and Bernie Stephan, Chair of the Water Committee, will moderate the debate.
