About this original series
CMNtv is Southeast Michigan's Premiere Public Access TV Center. We directly serve a consortium of 11 communities in Oakland County with our Cable Channel 18 (Comcast & Wow) and the broader Metro Detroit region with our online streaming channel: cmntv.org/watch Since 1983, CMNtv has provided residents, organizations, schools and agencies of our consortium, with free or low-cost access to television production, training and cablecast on a non-discriminatory basis. CMNtv's Cable Channel reaches an estimated potential audience of 140,000 households. Our online Video On Demand section currently features programming produced in house by CMNtv as well as select programming and promotional material created by CMNtv Volunteer Producers. 2011 Rochester Art & Apples Festival
The 46th annual Art & Apples Festival took place in Rochester Municipal Park during the second weekend in September. An estimated 200,000 visitors enjoyed artwork from over 290 artists. The festival is the main fundraiser for the Paint Creek Center for the Arts, located in downtown Rochester. Visit www.pccart.org for more information about the center.
