Mark Stout has been consulting in the renewable energy field since 1996. He represented the Union of Concerned Scientists that summer on the California Energy Commission Renewables Working Group, campaigning for the California Renewables Portfolio Syandard. His experience includes over a decade working for environmental non-profits, local and State regulatory agencies, as well as high-tech companies. After obtaining his Masters, Mark worked as a consultant on analysis of potential competition for major East Coast utility considering entry into California’s green power market. Since then he has worked in various capacities with several solar power companies, and is consulting as an organizer/advocate on air quality legislative campaigns in the San Joaquin Valley.
