PART 1 OF 4: Board meeting of the La Mesa Spring Valley School District Board of Directors after they blocked the live presentation of President Obama's Address to Students which occurred live, 2009-09-08 (Tuesday). The board met for an emergency meeting on Monday, (Labor Day) and agreed by a 3-2 vote to block the live presentation of the speech, and then discuss whether to show it at a later time.
