The Riverside Planning Commission proposed changing Land Use item 6.2 so as to allow facilities classified as public to be more easily approved. The initial proposal also suggested that any private entities could be treated as public if they had contracts with the government. The proposal speficically mentioned Procinctu as an example.The planning commission approved the change without the final phrase about private organizations.
