This video includes the final chapter of the Blackwater West review in the final 20 minutes of the video (that video has been uploaded separately). This video includes public comment and a presentation by a San Diego County DPLU representative who makes a presentation on the regional plan. In the Blackwater segment, the nine-member committee voted unanimously to deny the application for the "Blackwater West" mercenary-like training camp. Blackwater had withdrawn their application the Friday prior to this meeting (March 7th) so the vote was ceremonial in nature and had no significance. However, since the Potrero Community Planning Group is advisory only, the vote was still perhaps as significant as if the project were still active.
