The City of El Cajon asked developers to make proposals regarding the East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC) to potentially add more space, reconfigure the seats, whatever. This presentation suggests that a new three-story building would be build along main street that would serve as offices for CCT and Art Beat Management, as well as provide additional space for conferences and meetings. Meeting was held May 13, 2008, a bit before the economic meltdown.
