September 10th was Amethyst's Inagueral Walk/5K for Recovery, "A Step in the Right Direction". Hundreds of people came out the celebrate and support the women who, everyday, choose a life of recovery! The event grossed over $16,500!!! Today was the 2011 Healthy Neighborhoods, Healthy Families Volunteer Service Event.Volunteers helped put the finishing touches on three homes renovated under HNHF.
