Charles' Law I

Charles' Law is the relationship between temperature and volume, when pressure and amount of gas are held constant. Temperatures must be in Kelvins for the calculational portion. Let me emphasize that last comment. If you use 198 C in the solution to this problem, you will get the wrong answer. This happened on Yahoo Answers to this question. The person had a nice answer, but used 198 C rather than 471 K.
