The victim of the late night Salida kidnapping was located and she returned back to her family. The suspect, Calvin Rodrigues was arrested and will be booking into the Stanislaus County Jail. Emergency crews respond to the intersection of 13th/G Streets in the downtown Modesto area for a report of a collision between a passenger vehicle and a bus. CHP determined that the motorist in the passenger vehicle, identified as a 78 year old woman, failed to yield to the school bus, resulting in the collision.
