CCR's Time Square Ad - Stop and Frisk Does Not Work

The Center for Constitutional Rights placed an ad in the heart of Times Square on a video screen 26 feet wide by 20 feet tall. The spot highlights the troubling, unwarranted, and seemingly racially biased rise in Stop and Frisk activity by the New York Police Department.
