two sites, one unpatched, one patched from scratch. still a bit confused.
the undef error is gone, but not sure if more was translated and there were a few other things diff, like the install lang selection screen.

This is a follow-up of sorts. I'm trying to make testing go as efficiently as possible, and since I had to test this other patch, I did a screencast of me doing the set up and then a bit of how I would do the testing. Some discussion on efficient testing http://drupal.org/node/1489010

Maybe a drush command to install sites with admin/admin and a command line option for the database info. This is a #d8mi issue to add a way to change the interface language without changing the site default language.
