The Massachusetts Prescription Reform Coalition will testify on the prescription records bills, which ban anybody, including pharmacists and health providers, from using or selling prescription information records, except for limited purposes, such as pharmacy reimbursement and care management. Under the bill, anybody who violates the provision would be punished by up to four years in prison or a fine of $20,000. The hearing was postponed from earlier this month due to memorial services for former House Speaker George Keverian. (Thursday, 1 pm, B-
