On the 7th of December at Newburyport District Court Mrs Kristi Devine West Newbury was a Defendant in a case that has been ongoing for 10 years with numerous accusations by her neighbor. This case was pro se on both parties. Mrs Devine has spent thousands of dollars on Lawyers and at this point has decided to file pro se. I met Mrs Devine on Beacon Hill testifying on public record law and her aggregious case. I am interested in following pro se cases and believe they in particular should have the option to be videotaped and or audiotaped.
