You can fix this byordering a full copy. The meeting start is a little off . I was coming in as it started. Afterthoughts: This public hearing was one of those ridiculous attacks on sound. Watch the Insurance guy that will not speak into the mike .. at first it seemed like a mistake but it continues the entire time and he intentionally appears to not speak up to stop the sound but I believe the camera got it anyway. Amazing what cameras do. What was so private in a public hearing. He could have asked to have the recording stopped.
