Federal courts say there is no federal definition of medical use. ACT v. DEA (1991) and ACT v. DEA (1994) . Since 1996, 15 states have accepted it. The U.S. Supreme Court says state lawmakers decide the meaning of accepted medical use. Gonzales v. Oregon, 546 U.S. 243 (2006) .Tune in for an interesting discussion!
