“Serenade” a video by Kartini Thomas. On the street, in countries throughout the EU, people sing improvised love songs to the passersby and camera. The results of her work in France, Spain and Turkey was shown as a video installation at Caravansrai. The ‘Serenade’ project continued in Turkey, as Thomas invited visitors to the sing their own love song at the space. The new works will be taken back to Thomas’ home in New Zealand.
