The People United

The People United is a creative documentation of the peace marches in Chicago, to stop the Iraq War. This is Democracy in action, by the people. The director shot and participated in many of the marches from 2003 through 2007, shooting hours of footage on her digital camera. Moving, upfront, personal,--and first person views of being there- this video shows history in process as a living organism. This selection is a video collage, experimental documentation edited from a longer, original version.
