As everyone knows the US real estate market has taken a huge hit in the past two years due to the sub prime mortgage crisis, which triggered the recession we are currently in. This has created a tremendous opportunity for real estate investors that may never be seen again in our lifetime. Properties are selling anywhere from $.30 to $.60 on the dollar from their previous values. Most cities have not seen property values this low since the 70’s and 80’s, it’s absolutely unbelievable the amount of opportunity in the United States right now! The current wave of foreclosures are still from 2007 and 2008 and a lot of lenders have not released the 2009 foreclosures for sale. We feel there is still a 3 to 5 year window of opportunity in the United States to take advantage of this opportunity. This will be one of the greatest wealth transfers ever seen in the history of mankind. With the Canadian dollar hovering around par it gives us Canadian investors exceptional buying power in the United States. Come and join us today to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity and learn how to do it properly!
