Her diverse background includes Marketing and Purchase/Sales and Management of Foreclosures and Undervalued Properties using creative techniques, Management of Joint Venture Relationships for the purchase of long term Multifamily Properties and RRSP leveraging with 2nd mortgage investors. She also has extensive experience in analyzing, marketing and flipping of both Commercial and Residential properties. Most recently she has found a love for teaching and now operates a Real Estate Mentorship Coaching Program and as well over the past year has expanded her business in to the United States focusing on REO houses and Multifamily in Texas. Her husband, Dan, has specialized in Property Management, Construction and Renovations for over 20 years. They reside in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with their 4 children.
