Newt Gingrich has been accused of using coded racial language in talking about Barack Obama but when Rachel Maddow called Newt out for referring to the President as Entertainer-in-Chief after Obama's singing of Al Green's "Let's Stay Together", she stretched the meaning of minstrel.
