In this video, I show a taste of the great multimedia application, Boxee. Boxee is available for Linux, OS X, and AppleTV for free. You can see more about it at http://boxee.tv. Boxee is a very powerful application which has social networking features around your multimedia. In this video, you'll see some of the cool things you can do with streaming video from the web. Sites like Joost, CNN, MTV, Revision3, MyspaceTV, Hulu, Netflix, CBS, ABC, and Comedy Central are supported. Boxee even supports public torrents and your own custom RSS feeds. Since Boxee is open source, it is extendible and you'll see an example of a boxee plugin. If any of this interest you, sign up for Boxee today if you run Linux or Mac OS X.
