Our video guests this week are Ms. Joyce Kamwana and Mr. Micheal Gwaba. Both are ambassadors of the Here I am Campaign. This campaign aims at sensitizing and increasing political support from donor countries for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria by bringing closer human stories from the field and demonstrating the impacts of the Global Fund on the ground. In this interview, Ms. Kamwana and Mr. Gwaba talk about the impact of the Global Fund in ACP rural areas and the challenges posed by donor fatigue. They make a critical assessment of the support of EU member States to the Global Fund.
