2009 Evanston Fourth of July Palatine Concert Band
The Palatine Concert Band will be back again this year playing our favorite patriotic music and much more. There will be brief inspirational speeches by Association President Dave Sniader and Celebration Manager Joan Ducayet who will announce the first place winners of the parade.
